Examples of project work

Targeted research & market maps

Identify the organizations, service providers, relationships and contact routes relevant to a specific market or decision.

Typical deliverable: Defined-scope CSV or report with source links, verification notes, gaps and prioritized next steps.

Custom searchable directories

Build a practical, mobile-friendly directory for an association, regional program, coalition or company. Useful filters, reliable sourcing, correction workflows and downloadable data.

Typical deliverable: A working pilot built around your audience and approved scope, with documentation for handoff.

Research upkeep & improvement

Keep an existing resource useful through agreed updates, deduplication, documentation and clearly marked verification status.

Typical deliverable: Scheduled update files, a change log, unresolved issues and a source-review summary.

Services are quoted by scope. No payment, guaranteed outcome or ongoing support is implied by the publicly available examples.

Working examples

Ohio Cannabis Ecosystem Directory

Research-led map of the Ohio cannabis market: 516 publishable organizations across 16 categories, with retained historical records, 60 documented business relationships, public sources and consumer-oriented reference tools.

Veteran Resident Resource Guide

Free county-and-state referral guides, printable handoffs and routing for veterans, seniors, caregivers and people with disabilities. This illustrates transferable directory and service-navigation capabilities, not a paid endorsement by Veteran Home Guardians.

Simple process

  1. Describe the problem. Who needs the resource, where, and what decisions should it support?
  2. Agree on scope. We define sources, deliverables, verification limits, price, timeline and ownership/reuse terms before work starts.
  3. Receive something usable. A sourced report, clean dataset, or tested public/private directory with clear gaps and maintenance options.

Feel free to reach out with the problem you are trying to solve. If there is a useful fit, we can discuss a small, clearly defined project.
